From the Britannia Hut, walk down the Glacier-Trail for approx. 5 minutes to the start of the via ferrata on the right at approx. 2960 m. From P. 3027, the end of the via ferrata, descend the southwest flank to the Hohlaubgletscher, marked in white and blue. Here you cross under the south wall and return to the Glacier Trail.
The via ferrata ascends over several steps to the buttress of the Hinter Allalin ridge, just above the Britanniahütte. There are always easier passages and traverses in between.
From the Britannia Hut, walk down the Glacier-Trail for approx. 5 minutes to the start of the via ferrata on the right at approx. 2960 m. From P. 3027, the end of the via ferrata, descend the southwest flank to the Hohlaubgletscher, marked in white and blue. Here you cross under the south wall and return to the Glacier Trail.
