From Les Plans-sur-Bex, follow the road past the chapel to Mamont, then take the signed path toward Pont de Nant, climbing beside the stream, through a short rock tunnel, and crossing the water twice before reaching the car park at Pont de Nant. From there head east on the Le Richard trail, bear left at the junction near P.1372, and zigzag up through the forest. Beyond the fourth switchback, follow the path left toward the Le Lavanchy chalet, passing a large tree atop a boulder, then branch right through the trees to reach the base of the wall and the via ferrata start around 1490 m.

Clip in and move left onto the wall, climbing through a short overhanging crux near the base. Above this, follow a diagonal ramp rightward behind a fir tree, then climb a vertical section straight up. Traverse left again, drop briefly, and finish with a direct climb to the exit near a large fir at about 1540 m.

From the top, follow a cable diagonally left through the forest until the meadow comes into view, then either descend steeply direct to Le Lavanchy or traverse higher across the meadow before dropping down to the chalet at 1498 m. From there, retrace the approach path back to Les Plans-sur-Bex.
